Dr. Daza pursued dentistry out of a love for both science and art. Her passion lies in creating
beautiful, functional smiles while enhancing her patients’ overall quality of life. She finds the
greatest reward in the deep, lasting relationships she has built with her patients throughout her
career.
Dr. Daza earned her dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago
and completed an Advanced General Practice Residency at the University of California, San
Francisco. She later completed the Dental Sleep Medicine Mini-Residency Program at Tufts
University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Daza is an active member of numerous professional
organizations, including the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State
Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine,
Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Academy of Physiological Medicine & Dentistry, The
Breathe Institute, and Mommy Dentists in Business.
Outside the office, Dr. Daza enjoys hot yoga, tennis, pickleball, and snow skiing whenever her
schedule allows. She is married and has one daughter currently attending medical school.
Together with her husband, she loves exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, traveling, and taking
long walks with their Miniature Australian Shepherd.
